Shipping

We offer free standard ground shipping on all orders within the United States. For international orders, please contact us before purchasing to negotiate available delivery options and shipping costs. orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days , with the exception of weekends and holidays. In the event of high order volume, shipping may be delayed. If this occurs, we will send you an email notification.

How to track your order?

You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number once your item has been shipped. You can track your orders by clicking the tracking button in the email, you can visit "tracking my order page" on Thinkpet.com, or you can also visit Swiship the official Amazon shipment tracking site.

Return:

If you are not satisfied with your ThinkPet products purchased directly from this shop, you have 90 days from the day your package is delivered to request a free return. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we want to make it right. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team or refer to the return instructions provided blow. We appreciate your support and strive to ensure that you have a positive experience with our company.

Noted: For orders placed through other ThinkPet official e-commerce platforms such the Amazon, Aliexpress, please contact the customer service of the original purchased platform to obtain return and exchange.

Return Process


Step 1: Please contact us before returning an item with the reason for the return.

Step 2: We will check the status of return item with you.

To ensure that your return is accepted and processed smoothly, please make sure that the items are returning are in their original condition and meet the following criteria:

  • Resalable: The item must be in a condition that would allow it to be sold again. This means it should be free of any scratches, stains, or other damage that would prevent it from being sold as new.
  • Original condition: The item should be in the same condition as it was when you received it, including all original packaging and tags.
  • Packaging and components: All original packaging, such as boxes and bags, should be included with the returned item. Any components or accessories that came with the item should also be included.
  • Sanitary considerations: For items such as bowls, it is important to ensure that they are completely clean and dry before returning them. This is for hygiene and safety reasons, as well as to ensure that the item is in a condition that is suitable for resale.


Step 3: Once the returned item has been confirmed, we will send you a link to instructions for shipping the item back to us. It is recommended that you refer to these instructions when returning the item.

Noted: Returns must be shipped via prepaid freight and we do not accept freight collect returns. To keep costs low, we recommend choosing an economical shipping carrier. If a higher shipping fee is incurred, We will partially refund according to a predetermined ratio.

Step 4: Please keep the shipping receipt and provide us with the new tracking number for the returned item.

Step 5: Refunds will be issued and credited back to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and confirmed.

ThinkPet is not responsible for customers ordering the wrong products or choosing the wrong size.

Exchange

Exchanges are processed as two separate transactions. To exchange an item, please follow the return instructions outlined above to return the item first. and following you need place a new order for the desired one. If there is a price difference between the returned item and the new item, we will issue a full refund, including the price difference, once the returned item has been received and confirmed.
